through information systems development and implementations.

Claire is a certified Technical Writer specializing in
courseware development with experience in the government and
private sector. As a Certified Technical Trainer, Claire has
experience conducting training needs assessments and developing
training curriculums for end-user training programs. She has
advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite, Corel Office
Suite and Lotus Office Suite and is knowledgeable in Crystal
Reports, Microsoft Project, and SQL for Access. Claire is

1994, having worked on various contracts with the government
both instructing, and using his vast knowledge of Access and
Excel to create application software using VBA. John is a
highly skilled instructor, who picks up on new products easily,
